Gairik Ghosh, Lead Consultant

Gairik GhoshGairik Ghosh is a People Practice Process specialist with over 14 years of hands-on experience in various People Practice domains such as Training & Competency Management, Performance Management, Resource Management and Compensation. He has led and been a part of various Assessment centers and OD initiatives. As a PMI trained Project Manager, Gairik has also been instrumental in project managing and implementing HRMS systems.

Prior to joining Stratandops, Gairik has worked with several well known companies in various capacities. One of them being R Systems International Ltd., Noida, where he led the organization to PCMM Level 5 certification while heading the HR function for their BPO. Before joining R Systems, Gairik worked with companies like ILANTUS Technologies and Sobha Renaissance Information Technology Pvt Ltd (SRIT), where he was the process owner for the HR function. At SRIT, in addition to being the member of the core PCMM L-5 team, he was instrumental in setting up the Competency Management and Measurement Framework, and also led the Leadership Development Initiative.
